Understand what you hope to achieve from treatment. Talk through what’s realistically possible, given your condition, timeline, and resources. Create a treatment plan together—a road map outlining steps we’ll take and how we’ll measure progress. This call is informal, no cost, and allows us to connect, clarify your needs, and set up a plan that suits you. If you decide to move forward, we will then schedule your first in‑person or home treatment.
